This one covers when he gets to Canada, Mexico, and the US. Has a lot of cool stories such as Stu Hart flipping dog poop with a spatula. I recommend all of his books.

The book ends abruptly in the middle of his career. It seems like he ran out of space and just said "so what?" and called it a day.
